Local malted barley mash prepared by the Baar Brewery, distilled at the Etter still, spring water from the nearby Höllgrotten caves in Baar, and oak barrels from the premium Rosenau winery near Lucerne all come together. This delicacy combines regionality, authenticity, and quality into a harmonious whole.
